Please try one diaper on baby before washing them all.

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it to us following these guidelines:

• Returns are accepted within 45 days of purchase for a refund or in-store credit, less shipping.
• Please contact us prior to mailing your item back so that we can issue you a return authorization number.
• All returns must be unused, unwashed and in original resellable condition.
• No items that have pet hair, odor, smoke, dirt etc. will be accepted.
• Please include a copy of your receipt.
• We reserve the right to accept or refuse all returns.
• Any items that we accept over 45 days will be issued in the form of an in-store credit and charged a 10% restocking fee.

NOTE: If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, we will correct it immediately at our expense!
